Future Bridge is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement across platforms.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Future Bridge.
• Manage and schedule daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (graphics, videos, articles, and stories) aligned with the company’s brand and events.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with industry professionals.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and event organizers to ensure cohesive branding.
• Run targeted paid campaigns to boost visibility and attendance for conferences.
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to optimize content and engagement.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with event marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
Passion for conferences, events, and professional networking is a plus.
